That's funny. I've been considering trying to get an interview with the King of Thailand, because I hear he's a great jazz fan. So I've sent these e-mails to the consulate and the ambassador. I tell my wife, "If someone calls and says they're the King of Thailand on the phone, don't hang up. It's not a practical joke. " He hasn't phoned me back. I'm still hopeful to get an interview at some point.
