    I did another thing on "Froggy Bottom" and I rearranged “Messa Stomp". That was my first arrangement. I think we recorded that once before when we recorded with Blanche, “Messa Stomp”. That was my first composition. I got the title - my grandfather used to call me "Messy" and ‘Messa’, something like that, so I called it “MESSA Stomp".
