Well like I said I first got out here in 1940, but I didn't stay then. But the weather got to me. It was Christmas Day and a hundred degrees here, and in New York is was like ice, snow, and everything else. I immediately called my mother and said I found God's country, don't look for me in New York anymore. I went back naturally but when I got a chance to settle here I did.
