We worked together at the Apollo Theater. This was a very interesting lineup. The lineup was Harry Belafonte, Ruth Brown, and the band was the band from Kansas City - I don't remember the bandleader at that time, but he was a popular bandleader that traveled with a - he had one of these traveling bands.
