Everybody's got a microphone in front of them, you know? With a microphone in front of them, and have a ... "well look, I can't hear my monitor" you know, that type. Everybody's an engineer. But "your monitor, but wait a minute. " I start by telling them if you can't hear everybody else in this organization, you are playing too loud. That's all there is to it.
