Yes. He's supposed to be an accompaniment. It's an accompaniment instrument. Once in a while I get a chance to solo, that's great, but you don't solo in every tune. I think what started that is all the duos -- the piano and bass -- because the clubs couldn't afford any more than two men, and they wanted some kind of entertainment in a bar to attract people, so they'd get a very good piano play ...
