He lives in Michigan, but he's hardly ever there, he's all over the place. And he says heck the classical composers improvised, Ragtimers improvise, so there's kind of a conflict there although it's become much less than it used to be. But I would say maybe ten years ago that was a hot topic in the very tight community.
